Three names with our notes on each: what they actually own in the work, where their craft thins, and whether they’ll really move. You interview, we run the loop around you.
We stay in it through the offer, then check in at 30 and 90 days. If the hire doesn’t hold, we run the search again. Guaranteed for 120 days.
Every search runs in a shared Slack or WhatsApp channel, so questions get answered the same day instead of being buried in an email thread.

The “to start” figure is a commencement fee that begins the search and is credited in full against the total. The three columns are one sum, not three charges.
